What about the notice pay ? if someone left in probationaly period .

Dear Sir/Mam Please give advice on the matter as per the law in india (that some one can get the notice pay if he/she left organisation in probationary period)

Yes you are entitled to full pay for the period you worked in an organisation even if you are on probation at that time. You need to issue a legal notice to your ex employer seeking Your legitimate dues through a Learned Advocate

You’re entitled for the payment on the work you’ve done and no company or organisation could deny you that. However, in the case that you have left the employment during the probationary period then the Organisation could deduct some amount from your salary but it can in no case deny salary to you. If the company is denying you your salary then you should send a legal notice to them.
