Hi, I have been working with a big Company since last 1.6 year but when in April my Reporting manager changed he was always claiming that i am not capable of performing my duties and spread the same in top management also. and in June the Hr asked me to resign and leave. I did the resignation and moved on but later i realized that what i have done ?? Pls suggest me what should be done in this case--- Can i filed the case against company bad Hr practice? And will it be really comfortable to work in organization again, after doing legal case??

Sir I would really suggest you to move on and find another job because you are going to waste your time and energy in fighting with a private organization. Don't forget that you actually gave a resignation instead of being fired. What reasons did you cite in your resignation letter? Any document you create now will only be of a later date and not of the relevant period. Did you write any letters / emails to them while at work saying that they discriminated against you, mis-treated you, insulted you etc? Did you serve a notice period? Are there any letters written by the HR or management to you saying that you did not perform your duties properly? All these factors will be important in making a decision whether to proceed or not. And if you are switching in the same industry then my advise to you would be not to burn bridges as the contacts would help you in your career. You should call your HR and come on good terms with her so that you can give her reference in your job application to the new company as new company will ask you about your previous employment. You also have to remember that we are talking about a private organization right now and not a government one where it is much easier to challenge things like discrimination, termination etc.
