Wants to recover pending salary from director of closed company

16-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My company has closed in 2015 without paying the pending salary of employees. I learned from the management that the paid up capital for Indian office was 1L and the rest was given as loan from director. So that means the company owes him money and the employees don't get anything even if they approach court. It is a private limited company and has registered in kochi. He is just mocking everybody by saying go to court. Is there anything legal to do in this case. Can i even report against him because he has joined another company in India as director without even replying to the messages by old employees.

Alleged facts based on hearsay may not be of much assistance in the context. Try to obtain authentic information based on audit report and information available with the Registrar of Companies before venturing into any action.
