kya goverment job lgne par 8 sal bad goverment kisi b gov servnt ko job se nikal skti hai
there are different reasons as to why the services of a government servant can be terminated. it can be due to departmental proceeding, or termination of an ad-hoc contractual employment or due to any other reason as specified in the applicable Rules. Please be a bit more specific as to why and how the services were terminated for a specific response.

No, not true there is no such rule. There must be some reason for termination otherwise action can be taken against such removal. AN employee can apply for VRS provided he/ she has completed stipulated years of service.
