Wanted to serve notice period

Sir we have sign 42 months of employment agreement so it's long documents of 20 pages at time of joining we can't read it care fully because already many employee of same batche were leave company by serving notice period of 2 months in it and they leave it.but now company saying that u can't give notice into 42 month period which ur fixed employment period for us.so bt i serve 40 month now wanted to serv notice period of 2 months bt not allowing me.
This is my response to you:
1. One will have to read through those 20 pages;
2. Only after reading the terms and conditions then only best opinion can be given;
3. You must also read through the employee regulations of your company;
4. Consult a local lawyer with all these documents then only best opinion can be given;
5. If you have signed it then you are bound by the bond.
