I am working in a company where just completed 2 months I want to leave my job how should I proceed and I pay 2 months salary and leave my job
In order to answer your query we have to go through the agreement signed between you and the company. If your agreement contains any such clause which says or binds you to stay in the company for a mandatory period then you cannot leave the company until you complete that period.
