want to list the hearing early before time

My above mention case is pending for final hearing in Indore bench since 2010. how i'll come to know that when it will be listed and is there any way to make it listed early. my lawyer says if early hearing application is rejected then it will not be listed for next 3 yrs.
If you have already signed the bond during your joining then your terms of employment will be governed by those terms of agreement only. The employer can not change the terms of bond after it is once signed . but he can take all legal actions if you violate the terms of cotract
