Want to file case against job consultancy company

Sir please help me how can i file complain against a job consultancy company ?
My suggestion is first lodge a complaint FIR against job consultancy Co. In your nearest police station. If the police station doesn't accepts your complaint, you can file an application section 156cr.pc in the district court.
