Violation of Article 16 fundamental right for employment. What to do ?

Dear sir, I resigned from Bank Of India in June 2015 as a manager for higher education.Now Bank Of India has issued notification for the recruitment of managers vide Project No 2017-18/1 dt 10.04.2017 .In this advertisement bank has specifically mentioned that -Candidates who were holding the similar post in Bank of India in the past are not eligible, hence need not apply.Only because of this condition I am deprived to compete for the manager post even after satisfying all other eligibility criteria.On the other hand this rule is not applied to employees of other bank.(i.e for managers of other bank) What can be done ? Does law have such provision ? Can I go for writ? Thanking you Shrikant Abhivant.
you shall submit you application to the concern department firstly . if they do not accept your application then you can file writ petetion. such kind of condition will be contrary if the bank authority should not taken approval of this kind of service conditionsfrom the concern authority. you may get a relief .
