You should approach high court of Supreme court. In high court a writ petition may be filed under article 226 and 227 of the Constitution. In supreme court an SLP may be filed under article 136 of the Constitution. Better to file the petition soon.

This is my response to you:
1. First is to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal;
2. You can also file a Writ in the High Court;
3. Obtain a stay order;
4. Approach a local lawyer and verify your documents and organise the facts of the case.
