Unregistered partnership firm , undischarged liabilty by ex-partner

Is ex-partner liable to dicharge liabilities in an unregistered firm that were created when he was a partner

Every partner is liable for all acts of the firm done while he is a partner. during the period while a person was a partner, such liability does not come to an end by his retirement. According to s 32 (2), however, there is a possibility of discharge of the outgoing partner from liability for the past acts.
