Unpaid wages and company file for bankruptcy what to do

SIR, what is the procedure to be followed in the case when the employer failed to pay my salary(11months) and other important allowances that he was bound to pay And the current situation is that the company is in the court filed for bankruptcy. Help me with the valuable knowledge of your's to tackle situation and get my hard earned money. and a list of the documents that I have to prepared with.

In your case you can send the company a legal notice for deliberately not releasing the salary. Asking for damages and other dues. The notice have to be detailed with you working expwrience . You appointment letter, appreciation letter etc

Dear CLient under the new insolvency and bankruptcy act you need to file your claim before the interim resolution professional appointed to look after the winding up of the company. If you can let me know the company i can find out at which stage the insolvency proceedings are and what is the next step for you.
