Finex kitchen pvt ltd company hold my salary room rent of 3 month nd 7 week expenses .. kindly suggest what I do?
In this case you can send a legal notice stating your concerns and demands .If they donot comply with your demands you can file a suit under the provisions of Civil law . You can also file a recovery suit in this regard for the recovery of money.
