Unfairly removed from job position

I m city amts bus conducter join in1996 and i m permenent in 2001; i m graduate in english 2class, and pass ccc computer exam, and i m doing this work since last 9 yrs. But our new chairman remove me and select other dis qulified staff. Many staff like me also remove but maximum are back in them work but the menejment are not repling me truly. What can i do
under what grounds have you been terminated from the service . has your organisation given you anything in writing for th e termination. if your working in a govt. organisation then you can file a Writ petition challenging the termination against the organisation for reinstatement of job with back wages. you can also approach CAT in this matter
