Unfair Termination from Employment by Management

Was working in a govt on a contractual basis for past 1.5 yrs. Despite being a dedicated & hardworking employee, I was terminated from my position a month ago. During a recent mid-term appraisal, I raised concerns with management about my compensation, which I felt did not reflect my contribution. In response, my female manager made unfounded comments about my character, seemingly to demotivate me. When I reported this no action was taken. Instead, HR & the manager terminated my employment.
