Unfair deduction by company from full and final settlement

मैंने अपनी कंपनी में रिजाइन दिया था रिजाइन के दिन से ही कंपनी के डायरेक्टर मिस्टर ऋषि चावला का व्यव्हार मेरे प्रति बदल गया मैंने रिजाइन दिनांक १३-०९-२०१६ (सितंबर माह) को दिया था और ०१-०९-२०१६ (सितंबर माह) तक का रिजाइन समय भी. लेकिन उन्होंने मेरी अगस्त माह की सैलरी में से ५००० रुपये काट लिया और सैलरी भी २१-०९-२०१६ को ट्रांसफर की. मेरे पूंछने पर मुझसे कहा की तुम्हारी गलती की वजह से काटे है वो गलती प्रिंटिंग के लिए १४-०९-२०१६ (सितंबर माह) के बाद हुई. उन प्लेटो को प्रिंट पर भेजने से पहले मैंने अप्रूवल भी लिया था.

you have two option either you can file a complaint in labour court seeking to recover your money since you were working permanently on that post or you can also file plaint in civil court . In labour court there there are limitation period so mind it u cant be late

Reply to this query already given still you want it again when the attentdence already marked salary has to pay . Resignation letter date is clerical error. He has to pay the deducted salary
