Transfer stay for already relieved employe

I got a stay order for my transfer on 8/6/17 saying that I cannot be relieved from present station. According to my administrative officer they issued a transfer order on1/06/17 so that they cannot allow me to rejoin. Is there any order supporting for that so that I can rejoin gin the present station Presently I am waiting for 3 weeks after giving my request for joining but they didn't allowed end me to join What should be the next step??

you can inform about the same to the high court regarding that you are not allowed to do the same and seek direction for the same otherwise it will make you get in trouble.give a written letter to higher authorities too.

Contact the highest authority in the section and if he don't take up any action then approach the court with your transfer stay order and the requests that you have given asking to rejoin you.the stay order should be complied by the officer
