Transfer of employees to the another new company without will

It is under adjudication in the Labour court that who is our actual employer as per the guidelines made by the Hon. Supreme Court of India whether the employee's were simply transferred by the parental company or taken over by the present company.In such situation can the present company transfer our services to another new company before the adjudication completed. We also raised our objections in further transfer before CCI.What is going to be happened with us in eyes of you.
Hi, though a company can transfer you to its other company but you are emtitled to have your reservations upon it. However, at this stage any thing could be said only after seeing your appointment letter and the terms of your employement
