Time limit prescribed by law for appeal

After high court judgement in favour of petitioner in single bench, what is the time limit for further appeal in double bench to respondent? Time limit prescribed start from which date-it is from AG decision for further appeal or not???

That 30 days time is there to approach in LPA after the orders of single bench. The limitation start from getting the certified copy of the order which your want to challenge further in LPA. Yes AG should pass comments fit for LPA.

As per your query, it would be relevant to mention here that limitation is not a big deal, in case their is a delay same can be condoned by way of application. Their for requesting you to either file a caveat or ask your advocate to be a little bit alert.
