THREATING TO FILE FIR IN RELATION TO OFFICE PROPERTY

I AM WORKING IN A CENTRAL GOVT DEPT. I RESIGNED ON 29.11.2019. MY RESIGNATION WAS ACCEPTED ON 06.03.2020. I PROCEED ON MEDICAL LEAVE ON 03.03.2020. WHEN I WENT TO OFFICE TO SUBMIT OFFICE TABLET AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK AND SAID KEEP IT WITH YOU WITH A MALAFIDE INTENTION. NOW THEY THREAT ME TO FILE AN FIRE THAT I RUN AWAY WITH OFFICE PROPERTY.

in case you are still In possession of the said property of your employer and the same is on working condition, you can send an email to the concerned officer requesting him to take back the said property on any date assigned by him and you can also mention in the said email the date and time when you went to return the said property and it was not taken back.
