They took online fee for the job service but no service is provided

Hi sir, I got a call from eduwithus.com, Delhi. they offered me a job at Samsung store for the post of service engineer at bhopal location. They asked for the payment in installments. I paid huge amount of 43800 in installments. But it has been a 5 months no srevice has been provided and they are not refunding the money. What should I do to complain against them so that no other may get a fraud call. I have all records of conversation.
You have to file a suit for recovery along with a criminal complaint for fraud and cheating. You can also claim damages and compensation for loss of career and harassment. You will have to pay a court fee of roughly 2% of the amount claimed in court.

You should initially send them a legal notice asking for your due which you have given it to them in liue of job guarantee and in case if they do not oblige that notice then you may file the FIR before the local police station for the fraud which has happened to you. Subsequently you can contest a civil case as well for the recovery of your sum.

You will have to file a criminal case under section 415 of Indian Penal Code, for that register a FIR in the nearest police station and collect the voice recordings as well the transaction proofs with you for perusal.
