I have been an employee in a government company for 7 years. But during my job, I used to remain absent for a long time without permission. For this reason, the divisional office terminated me from my job 18 months ago after conducting a departmental inquiry. Till date, they have not sent me any notice to leave the quarter and return my Identity card. And I have not received my CPF money till date. My appointment was done at the head office and I have not received any letter from there. So what
Well, if they have not given you the CPF money, then, you can send them a Legal Notice under the concerned provisions. If things won't work out from sending and delivering Legal Notice, then, you can lodge a Police Complaint and get this Complaint converted into FIR.
