Termination without termination letter and salary

Dear My wife was working with a Australian cruise company and it was only 3 months after joining when the VP left the job and my wife was her EA and therefore was asked to leave the organisation but they only wrote a suggestion mail to for another job without any termination letter nor did they gave any salary and they even did not asked for resignation letter. The company was a start up therefore they didnt had any registered office however the CEO is an Indian and we do have his address. We also have the appointment letter and contract papers. Regards
First of all you file a written representation before your HR thereby asking them to pay your salalry.
If they fail to pay your salary you should send a legal notice through a lawyer and subsequently file a suit for recovery.
