Father is working in a company more than 10year he is a casual employee they never gave appointment letter now they r telling to leave without giving pf nor gratituty can we file suit against them or any action can be taken against them????

you can make him representation in written as your father don't have appointment letter and other relevant documents it is deficult to go before court of law..
