Termination without a notice misrepresentation of facts

27-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have worked for a company for about 1.7 years. They have a process of everyone signing bond for 2 years. Though though negotiating with manager I was able to convince to release me 2 months prior to Bond period ( have it on email). Afterwards, behaviour of the manager got changed and it was totally unprofessional. I decided to speak to HR and they terminated me without any discussion. Afterwards, its been a nightmare of them misrepresenting the facts ( I have all the communication on email). They have sent me termination letter saying they have given me reasons, though there were no reason. They are not responding to my mails for FnF. they have caused mental harassment, agony and professionally ruptured my image. Please let me know what option I have.

Please take note of the following -
1. You should send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the guidelines available with the company.
2. If they fail to make response to this notice or vaguely response to the notice then you should drag them in the competent court of jurisdiction for all the above along with mental harassment, professional misconduct and defamation done by them to your professional image.
