Termination with threat of issuing legal notice, legal action

They delayed my salary and when I said I won't come to office if salary not credited they said fine and then they assigned wfh task and now they say complete the task first then ask about salary. As I was fresher my consulted a senior of diffrent organisation. Friend called the CEO and asked to pay my salary asap. Not CEO threating me of legal notice and action against me and my friend. Can he take any legal action for real? I was on probation period.
You need not worry about the potential legal action which CEO of your Ex-Company can take. If they take any legal action, then, I can defend you, if you choose to hire me your Advocate to provide Legal Services.
