Termination of services without warning Show cause notice

Sir/Madam, Good day, I was working in kotak Mahindra Bank since 1-4-16 as Assistant Manager in Admin department (CREM), I had done some banking transactions with companies' vendors employee (who was my colleague & roommate too) without knowing company policy. All transactions were done innocently without company position benefit but HR had terminated me immediately on 3-5-19 without proper notice / warning. Pls help me to get experience letter and notice pay salary and other claims or can I challenge this termination? Now when I am talking with HR/BH they are sending me pillar to post.

Dear Client,
You need to send them a legal notice and in the same you will be required to raise all your issues before the company. Once the notice will be served upon them either they will reply or you would be required file a petition before the Court
