Termination of services without valid reason by HR how to proceed

Dear Sir, I was working with an Organisation since Oct 2009 as Group manager. On 2nd may H.R called me over phone and forced me to put my resignation or else they will terminate my services and threatened me to spoil my career. And on 3rd may they finally terminated me. With out any valid reason they have done such injustice with me. Seeking legal help .... Kindly guide me Regards

They can not terminate you arbitrarily without providing you fair opportunity to defend. It is understood that they have not issued you any warning letter or show cause notice. Now you can directly approach your Hon'ble High Court and file a writ petition challenging the termination order. Or else you can also approach your Labour Commissioner for necessary relief.

Whether you have voluntarily resigned or have they terminated you? What is the notice period for termination as stipulated in the Employment Agreement? Whether there was any kind of performance appraisal reviews where you were apprised of your poor performance at work? Whether there was any other reason which has led to this event? It prima facie appears that it is a case of wrongful termination. Have you been given your entire dues? Shall need more details to strategize the legal route in this matter.
