Termination of contractual employment

My contractual employment has been terminated without assigning any reason, other than citing the clause as per which either party can terminate contract with one month notice. Is it legal

Sir, if you have been terminated after getting 1 month advance notice or 1 month of salary in lieu thereof, then it is completely legal. If you have not then you may file a civil suit/ raise an industrial dispute before appropriate court of law. You may consult me in that regard.
