Termination from the company with two weeks notice period

I have been issued a notice of termination with two weeks notice period when the company termination clause is mentions 60 days
Well, from what you have stated, seems the Company itself wants to not follow the terms and conditions of the Employment Contract, it has executed with you. That's why, they have issued you two weeks, i.e, 14 Days of Notice Period rather than serving you with 60 Days of Notice Period for terminating you.

Well, you can challenge the termination with which you have been issued, if it is not in consonance with your Offer Letter or Employment Contract and as such, still if they do not follow the terms and conditions of their own Employment Contract, then, you can use them for Breach of Employment Contract and seek Compensation.
