Termination from job without reason & non payment of salary dues

21-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My contract has been terminated by a company after 1 month not citing any reason. It clearly states they have to give 1 months notice it salary in lieu of notice period. Now they are saying it's probation period which is not stated in the contract.i have only been paid 1 months salary.

If one month's pay in lieu one month's advance notice for termination of Service is written in your letter of appointment, you are eligible to receive notice pay. The probationary period is to considered if the same stated Employee's Service Regulations and referred in your letter of appointment. Apparently you have a case to demand one month's notice pay.Should you feel my professional assistance is required , contact lawRato for further instructions.

Since the job, as you have said, has been terminated without reasons, and also the contract stipulates one month's notice by the employer before termination, the employer is bound by such contract. Hence immediately write to the employer stating all such grievances through your Learned Lawyer. Also you can lodge a complaint to the Industrial Dispute Trbunal, which may be effective as well. All the best. Regards.
