Termination from job for sharing login id and password

Can a company terminate its employ.if they share their log in passwords to the computers and we work for an financial institute. can I fight for my job.
Under the company agreement it is usually written that you are not allowed to share any kind of personal information with anyone that also includes login id and password which are the most sensitive information. And if it's written that if you do so then you will be terminated then you cannot fight for the job. In case this clause is not mentioned then yes you may approach the court to get your job back
