Termination due to sexual harassment allegations What to do

I was terminated from my company because a girl who put false allegations on me. The management and complaint committee has no evidence against me, also i showed all the proofs why girl has put allegations. She has had issues with me and she put those allegations and got me terminated. Can i now file a complaint against her and the company. Being a guy i dont think my plea will be heard. Please suggest?

You are not fully right when you say that you will not be heard just because you are a man. First of all the company is required to conduct a proper inquiry into all such allegations, giving you also an opportunity to be heard. I do not know if they have done all that. In case the allegations are totally false and you can prove those you can file a case of defamation against the girl. As far as your job is concerned further action will depend upon the terms and conditions of your service.

You should definitely challenge your termination and especially if you are innocent. The correct forum can be determined only on knowing if it is a private or a public company. You can claim damages from the company for wrongful termination but only once you can prove your innocence in a Court of law. Also action against the lady can be taken accordingly for wrongfully accusing you.
