Termination because of poor performance what are my rights

Hello, I was working with the MNC with 4year 3 months, suddenly they ask me to resign else they will terminate me.when I ask reseon they said poor performance and behavioral issues.I haven't sign the registration so they have sent me termination letter at my home.Now my question is what steps should I take? I have ask them 3 salary? Can I file a case after acceptance of full and final settlements? As my financial situation is very bad.
Firstly, even in a private company the employees have legal rights to benefits and also to be given an opportunity to put forward their case. You can always file legal proceedings against the company if you feel that your termination is not legal and was without any fault of yours.
