Termination at short notice inn flat

I am asked to resign immediately for no specific reason, other than restructuring. I have 3 months leave pending, but will be encashed at loss, basic pay and taxed at 33 %. Please advise the legal procedure.
In this case you need to go through the terms of agreement which you signed during the lease . If the opposite party has violated any of the terms then you can send him a legal notice and state your demands . however you can also file a civil suit if he does not comply with the terms of the notice
