Termination after tendering in resignation

11-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I recently tendered in my resignation with one month notice period to my employer, However after around 10 days my employer decided to cut short my notice period and my last working day was thus preponed by around 20 days. I am eligible to get paid for the complete one month regardless of my last working day right? The nature of work is software development. I have a good record in the company, with my superiors praising my work, so there is no ground for company to have done this on performance base. I was however told my last working day was being preponed because they deemed I did not seem "interested" in working there anymore. (No surprises there as I had tendered in my resignation?) Thank you.

This is my response to you:
1. One will have to read through your appointment letter and labour bond etc.;
2. Nonetheless your employer is still bound by the one month notice period and he has to pay you;
3. Send him a legal notice and also the HR;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take the legal steps.
