Termination after completing of 8 years of service

Nmskr sir , Maine STN HQ , echs cell me 8 years tak continue work kiya hai abhi 20 Apr ko mera contract end ho gya or office ke ADM comdt ne bataya ke ab mujhe apki jarurat nhi hai aap kahin or job talash lo or naye employees ko appointment kr dya hai. Sir kya hmare kuch rights bante hai.

If your job was on contract and that contract has got over as per the contract terms complying to all the related norms of the same then you can't do much about the same. If you have received your salary, dues, compensation, bonus, leaves all then nothing else is left to be gained out that contract.
My suggestion to you would be to find out a new job and to settle down as soon as possible. My best wishes for your future.

You have not mentioned in your query as to how many workers are engaged in your concern. However There are many different ways that your job may end and each way has different legal requirements and implications. In most cases, when an employer ends the employment of an employee who has been continuously employed for three months, the employer must provide the employee with either written notice of termination, termination pay or a combination (as long as the notice and the number of weeks of termination pay together equal the length of notice the employee is entitled to receive).
All casual as well as daily wage labourers who had served in government establishments and local bodies for a continuous period of 10 years are entitled for regularisation in service irrespective of the year in which they had completed the stipulated service period, the Madras High Court Bench here has held. However, your case is a border line case and can be contested in the labour court and it entirely depends upon the facts of your case,the way of representation of your legal representative and the attitude of the court.

ECHS me contractual employment me karan kaafi samasya hai. In logo he koi bhi permanent vacancy nahi banayi par kaam ka nature permanent hai. Aise me High Court me writ daalne me atirikt koi aur samaadhaan nahi hai. Aap chaahein to aur karamchariyon me sath mil Kar court me jaa sakte hain.
