Hi Team am working with lenskart.com since 2016 one day one of my employee filed an complaint regarding POSH that I have asked to her some personal questions so immediately HR person called me and declared me culprit and didn't allow me resign for 24 hours he terminated me without notice without investigation..is it normal?
Dear sir.
This is unjust and illegal to terminate without serving any notice. You have legal rights to fight against the management starting by sending a Legal Notice through Advocate. You may consult me in that regard.
