Terminated from Trust what legal action can I take?

In January I joint Trust as account clerk due to death in family i didnt go for job I informed them i will not able to come for 10 to 12 days after joining job.PF started from jan itself At the time of joining they said i am on 6 months prohibitory period they have not given me any offer letter anything. Now they suddenly terminated for job due to too many holidays. Questions Can employer terminate without giving 1 month notice. Can i take any legal action against them Age is 28.
You can file a civil suit in the jurisdictional civil court against the said termination against the said trust in which you were posted.

you have not received the appointment letter, then what are the service conditions between you and the trust regarding your employment. but they cant terminate your services without giving an natural opportunity or one month notice period or notice pay as per industrial dispute act .you can approach to govt labour officer .
