Terminated from services without a reason what to do.

I terminated from the job immediately without any reason on 10.6.2016 after serving the Institute 9.5+ years of job. I filed a case in Educational Tribunal. My management withdraw the Termination in court rather filing reply. I rejoin on 27.10.2016. After 3 hours of joining, they suspend me again without any reason. They sent me chargesheet after 8 days. This time i filed case in Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana and I got STAY. I again rejoin on 5.12.2016. They told me to sit in an isolated room rather than in my department. CCTV installed. All other chair except me was removed. Staff didn't talk or meet me becoz they have fear that they also out from the job. I am in very depression. Suggest me what I do now.
