A probationer, does not come under the regular establishment. Therefore, during probationary period subject to adherance to terms & conditions set out in the letter of appointment, a probationer 's engagement can be discontinued by the competent authority.
However, periodically evaluated performance report of the reporting authority, remarks of the reviewing authority and finally concurrence/non -concurrence of above observation of the accepting authority are valuable documents in this matter.
Although it is a private school but it must be affiliated to CBSE/ICSE/STATE Board. You may approach in writing to the competent authority of the controlling board seeking intervention in the matter ,if not already done, immediately. If you do not receive response from that end within a fortnight, appropriate legal action can be thought of. Please act accordingly and contact me ,if you so desire, through lawRato.

MY OPINION THAT you have the legitimate merit to have your service in proper way ,you have the ample legal scope to fight in a way to get back you service ,you should move at competent forum or forums,to establish your legitimate right /rights.
