Terminated from service on false absconding

My Dear friend, you are lucky to not to receive any legal notice from the Said company. It is opined that, without any delay you send the legal notice against the company and be offensive, laws are in support of employees.

It is advised that, you sit with a lawyer tell your matter and send the notice demanding your documents lying with them without any delay

My company sent me a mail terming me as absconded (which was not the case). They haven't provided me any legal notice for it. They told me in mail discussion that they will take legal actions against me. It's already a year gone and I haven't received any notice from them. I contacted them to return my original marksheets of 10th and 12th and cheque of ?48,000 but they denied and told me to provide ?48000. Please advice me what to do.

advise:
if your emmployment letter has arbitration clasue, then you must initiate legal arbitration proceedings challenging your termination and demanding the marksheets and cheque. the arbitration has same force of law as court's orders.
