Terminated from company. PF not given. How to get it?

Hi unfortunately i have terminated from an pvt ltd company . My pf is still remain . When apply withdrawal of same if employer can not take it serious can any procedure to withdrawal pf without employer interaction. Because still i have no job. And on 12th it will 2 months of terminated
You will be governed by service employment rules. Further, kindly refer to the Employer-Employee agreement to see what recourse you have in case of unlawful termination. In case there is an arbitration clause, you can invoke the same.
