sir
first of all your question is not clear to give a proper advice. however, i would like to suggest that you send a legal notice through the advocate seeking relieving letter wherein you can say all those things of wrong allegations and all.you should not commit what you now said (send email to ex employees). but for allegation of fraud you insist for proof. further the settlement cannot be retained except if any damage caused by you for the company.
