Terminated for no reason not paying my salary can I take action?

I joined a startup after leaving my job.they promised me to pay some amount of money but they gave me less nd now have terminated me for no reason. I have a appointment letter sent by them stating my salary and a picture of me in newspaper whn they did their press conference as a proof of my employment. Now I want complete salary and atleast 15 days extra salary if they want me
