Temporary assistant in LIC can I cam for permanent position

Sir i was selected in lics recruitment procedure in1994 for the post of assistants.Lic gave me temporary appointment in 1997 and 1998 for more than 125 days.Then lic scrapped the panel in 2007.we denied permanent appointment even though we had cleared exam interview and also worked when they called us.Now can i get justice according to new absorption judgment of cgit?
If your are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
