14-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

i m running a school and i have hired a teacher for a specially abled child. but during her tenure of the job, the child was hurt badly on his forehead followed by many stitches and that was due to her negligience. then the school spared but applied a penelty of deduction of the salary package. meanwhile her children were also studying in the same school. she tried to manupulate the results of her children by checking the answer sheet and marksheet from the principal's office when the principal was not there. then she exited the job before the month's notice or even complition of session. What to do?

A proceeding can be brought forth for breach of contract against the teacher.

A claim for breach of fiduciary duty in addition to the breach of contract can be added in light of the injury caused to the child due to her alleged negligence and the alleged manipulation of results.
