Suspending enquiry delayed money deducted from salary no information

I was suspended 1months and held in suspension pending enquiry for 4months. but our management refused to given any benefit's for the suspension pending enquiry periods. even our management didn't proved clearly the charges. But they given the bonus for the SPE period, after that they recovered the amount from my salary without any instruction/explanation. is it correct?
No it is not correct. You can send a legal notice to the employer demanding the payment of your dues if he still denies/refuses to do the same then you can file a recovery suit in the jurisdictional civil court claiming compensation along with the litigating expenses from the employer
