Suspended from Company 7 months back. Can i rejoin them?

i was working for a company for 2 years. the company suspended me and 6 others. few of them rejoined after resigning in a different profile. they are forcing me to resign as well. i dont want to resign. what can i do to save my job?
Read your employment letter finely and check for the points or terms under which the company is trying to bench you . If that is not covered ask them to terminate you as you won't resign and tell them that your termination is illegal and you will challange it .mostly the company wont do it . It is although better to start looking out for a new job.
