Submitted marksheet while joining left without informing what to do

I was working in company i was supposed to give my original marksheets. The working environment is not good so i quit without giving resignation. Now i am supposed to join a government job. What action can i take?
As per your query, if you have left the company without giving a proper resignation and serving the notice period then the company can as you to pay dues for not serving of notice period and hold back your certificates till you clear the dues.
